In addition to performing Cassani also collaborates with people to develop their skills and projects.
Tom leads workshops in contemporary approaches to deception in performance. Tom has lead workshops across Europe with participants coming from a range of experiences, abilities and backgrounds. 
Tom also works as a consultant and dramaturg of deception, providing  insight and development of magical effects, deceptive elements, devises, thinking and straturgies for artists working in live performance.
